Can I enroll an employee who is working outside the United States?

Through its established entities and partnerships, Payrolling.com can employee individuals in Canada, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, and Italy.  In addition, our “International Agents” program allows us to payroll self-employed contractors worldwide.  For additional information on our International Services, please contact our sales team.

I have received government forms (unemployment claim, disability forms, worker’s compensation, labor disputes, etc.) regarding an employee who was on assignment at my company but is a Payrolling.com employee.  Should I fill out the forms and handle it myself?

No.  One of the benefits of using Payrolling.com is that we handle all these issues.  All requests regarding these types of matters should be immediately forwarded to Payroling.com as it is legally our duty to handle the matter, please fax or email this information to use immediately. Please call us toll-free at 800.691.3075 to discuss any questions or concerns you have.  If you have any information concerning the matter in which you received the claim form, please provide us with details as soon as possible so we can appropriately handle the claim. 

What do I get with Payrolling.com?

When you partner with our services, we take care of payroll including payroll printing and distribution, per diem and expense processing, payroll audits, garnishments, risk management, worker’s compensation, unemployment insurance, withholdings, employee administration, online timekeeping, reports, and employee orientation.  We also provide benefits and employee care in addition. Do you offer additional services?

Yes!  We offer a complete turnkey solution – from pre-employment screening including drug and background tests, benefit administration, and customized benefit packages.

I currently pay by net terms of 15 days.  Can I pay electronically?

We offer the convenience of electronic fund transfer to all of our clients.  Many who have moved to that type of arrangement have even qualified for lower rates.  Please contact us at info@payrolling.com for additional information.

I have a new employee I want to administer through Payrolling.com.  What do I need to do?

We have all the required forms you will need in one simple packet.  You can download our most updated packet from our forms section. Faxing instructions are also included on the first page of the enrollment packet.

How long does it take to set up an employee with your company once I have submitted all the necessary forms?

Once we have received all the necessary forms completed, we can generally have the employee set up within the same day.

How do I communicate changes in my temporary worker, such as pay increases? 

Please email your request stating the employee’s name, current status, change requested, and any effective dates.  These can be emailed to info@payrolling.com or directly to your client services manager.  Upon receipt, we will process and provide confirmation to you.

Do you have online Contractor Management System?

Yes.  TimeQ (www.timeq.com) is a full featured time and expense management system. It also includes job costing/PO management.  This system also provides access to numerous online reports and tools at any time.

I need to terminate a temporary worker.  What do I do?

Please complete the online termination form.  In addition, it is imperative to also forward any personal records, information regarding job performance to us.  Having the history of the worker is critical for ongoing assignment so that we can handle appropriately any disputes or issues that many arise.
