401(k) Highlights :
- All Payrolling.com employees can enjoy the benefits of the 401(k) anytime after 60 days of employment. Deductions will begin the first of the quarter after the application is received. There is no minimum hours worked requirement.
- You can defer up to 100% to a maximum of $16,500 per year for 2010, or $21,500 if you are over age 50. The deferral amount can be changed any time. (NOTE: Any participant earning $100,000 or more annually may not be eligible for the full $16,500 for 2010 deferral due to IRS restrictions. Please contact your benefits administrator for more information.)

529 Plans
Payrolling.com's 529 College Savings Plan is with American Funds.
529 Plan Highlights
- 529 Plans are a great way to start saving for the high cost of college.
- All payrolling.com employees may enroll after 60 days of employment. There is no minimum hours worked requirement.
- Contributions to 529 Plans are made with after-tax dollars and there is no federal tax on the investment earnings withdrawn for higher education costs.
- There is no income limits on the person setting up the account. The lifetime maximum contribution is $250,000 and there is no annual contribution limits.
- While there is no enrollment fee, some funds do charge a small administrative fee.

Pay Cards
Payrolling.com is partnering with Ecount to introduce the Payrolling.com Visa Pay Card. It works like a standard ATM/Visa card. Here are some of the details:
- 4 Free ATM uses per month. Note that the ATM provider may have fees that are not covered.
Each additional ATM use is $1.50 per transaction. If you use an international ATM then the fee is $3.50. You can use your card at any PLUS(r) ATM.
- Free use as a Visa card anywhere Visa is accepted. Up to your available limit. This IS NOT a credit card.
- Free Web and phone access. Details are provided with your card which is delivered to your home 7 - 10 days after you sign up.
- You can use your card for future employers. You are assigned a Routing Number and an ACH Number.
- Safe on-line shopping provided by Visa.
Helpful Hints :
- Always choose Visa (credit) over ATM (debit).
- You can only spend up to your available limit, if you exceed your limit; there is a $15 fee.
- If you eat out, restaurants may authorize (not charge) up to 20% more than your bill for gratuity. Make sure your balance can cover this amount.
- Even if you withdraw money from the ATM, you can still use the credit option. This will reduce your fees as well.

Starbridge Select is a voluntary Sickness & Accident Plan that delivers Value, Protection, and Quality to Employees through affordable limited-benefit Medical Plans. Two levels are available. Coverage includes doctor visits, in-hospital stays and prescriptions (levels 2 & 3 only). A discount dental/vision plan is also available.
- The enrollment deadline is the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment (or during the annual open enrollment period). Late enrollment is not permitted except for qualifying event.
- Employees working a regular schedule of 20 hours or more per week are eligible to enroll
- Changes to the plan can only be made within 31 days of a qualifying Family Status Change (marriage, divorce, birth of child, etc.)
- Payments are deducted pre-tax from your paycheck

Commuter Check Program

Payrolling.com is pleased to offer this outstanding benefit to all of our employees. The Commuter Check Program allows you to purchase various commuter products with pre-tax dollars.
How Does the Program Work? Using the Commuter Check Direct website, you will create an account and place orders for transit or parking products. CCD will send your employer information about your selections and instruct them to deduct the proper amounts from your paycheck. Commuter Check Direct will send your order to the address you entered in your account. You should receive your products no later than the 25th of the month prior to service. Your Commuter Benefit has some features you need to know about in order to take full advantage of the program:
- The program is monthly program; log in and place an order to be fulfilled on a monthly basis. Orders must be entered by the 10th of the month for the following benefit period. For example, to receive an order for use in January, you must place your order before December 10th. Changes must be made online before the cut-off date of the 10th of the month for the following benefit month.
- Use the convenient recurring settings option to request your order be sent to you each month. Don't worry; we'll email you a reminder so remember to give us a valid email address when you register.
- Pre-tax deductions are allowed up to the limit of $115 per month for transit and $220 per month for parking. You can, however, order products that total more than this limit.
- No retroactive changes may be made.
- Amounts due will be deducted from your paycheck in the month prior to service. For example, the February 2005 payroll deduction will allow you to get Commuter Checks for March 2005.
- You cannot receive cash back for the difference when redeeming Commuter Checks or other vouchers. Commuter Checks are good for thirteen months and will not be refunded, replaced or exchanged when lost, stolen, damaged or expired. Treat them like cash.
- Commuter Check Direct will only refund one order per year in the event your order is not received. To apply for a refund, you must complete a claim form and submit a receipt for a transit pass or fare media product of equal or greater value than your order in the same benefit month.

Flexible Spending Accounts :
Payrolling.com's Flexible Spending Accounts enable you to reduce your federal and state income taxes by contributing pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible medical and dependent care expenses. Two types of accounts are available:
- Medical Spending Account - For your family's health, dental and vision care costs which are not covered by insurance
- Dependent Care Spending Account - For eligible expenses incurred for dependent day care while you work.
These accounts are governed by federal regulations that define eligible expenses, eligibility to participate and requirements for reimbursements.
Here's how it works:
- The enrollment deadline is the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment (or during the annual open enrollment period).
- You elect to have a portion of your pay deducted from your check pre-tax and set aside into one or both accounts. The annual maximum for medical is $1000 and for dependent care is $5000.
- When you incur an eligible expense for the calendar year in which you're enrolled, submit a claim and receipts to be reimbursed tax-free from your account.
- Plan Carefully. IRS regulations require that funds set aside must be used to pay for eligible expenses incurred during the same calendar year. Any unclaimed funds left in your spending accounts at the end of the calendar year will be forfeited.
- Changes to the amount allocated to a Flexible Spending Account can only be made within 31 days of a qualifying family status change event, such as marriage, divorce, death, or birth of a child.
You must re-enroll each year during Open Enrollment to participate in these accounts.
