Group Medical Insurance (Limited Benefits)

Payrolling.com Corporation's group medical and dental plans are Section 125 compliant. When you enroll with a Payrolling.com Corporation group medical or dental plan, your premiums will automatically be deducted from your paycheck pre-tax which will help you save money! If you prefer your deductions to be taken out after tax, please notify your Benefits Administrator in writing.

Starbridge Select is a voluntary Sickness & Accident Plan that delivers value, protection, and quality to employees through affordable limited-benefit medical plans. Two levels are available. Coverage includes doctor visits, in-hospital stays and prescriptions (levels 2 & 3 only). A discount dental/vision plan is also available.

Flexible Spending Accounts

A Flexible Spending Account (125 Plan) uses pre-tax dollars for reimbursement of otherwise after-tax expenses. Employees reduce their federal and state income taxes by reducing their salary, which reduces their tax base and their taxes. In other words, the more an employee uses the flex plan, the lower their tax base and the greater the tax savings.

The Flexible Spending Account (125 Plan) will :

  • Re-direct a portion of your salary into a medical reimbursement account up to $1000 annually.
  • Re-direct a portion of your salary for dependent care costs up to $5000 annually.
  • Any employee who works at least 20 hours a week is eligible.
  • Eligible first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
